Windows says the file isn’t safe
SmartScreen does that to new apps that aren’t Authenticode-signed yet. It is not a virus hit. BinkDB is the installer from this site — the file is safe. Trust me bro. I signed the affidavit myself, in Comic Sans, which is legally binding in at least one group chat.
Until we ship a signed Windows build, click through the warning:
- On Windows protected your PC, click More info.
- Click Run anyway.
- If the same screen appears when BinkDB first opens, do those two clicks again.
If you did not download from binkdbpoker.com, don’t run it. Trust has limits.
First launch
The installer only copies the app. On first run, a wizard pre-fills default hand-history folders for Ignition, Bovada, ACR, PokerStars, and CoinPoker downloads. Confirm the paths, set hero names, and start the import. Hands never leave your computer.
BinkDB is free. On first launch, activate with your email — a one-time code (OTP), no password or credit card.
Check your spam folder if the OTP doesn’t arrive. The code often lands in spam or junk.
