BinkDB is poker tracking software. It is not a casino, stakehouse, or payment service. You must be of legal age and only use BinkDB in jurisdictions where online poker and tracking tools are allowed.
The software
The app is provided as-is during early development (v0.x). Features and parsers may change. Use requires a free account identified by email. Hands stay on your computer.
Your data
You retain rights to your hand histories. You are responsible for backing up your local database. We are not liable for lost sessions, parse errors, or decisions you make at the table.
Acceptable use
Do not use BinkDB to collude, scrape in violation of a site’s terms, or bypass HUD bans with a grabber unless that feature is explicitly offered and you accept the in-app acknowledgment. Hand grabbers, when shipped, are opt-in.
